Positive Approaches values high-quality CEU programs. If you have a concern about our services, staff, or programs, please contact us. Grievances may relate to instruction, admin issues, ethics, or discrimination. Informal resolution may be offered first. If unresolved, email the Agency Director at angela.garrido@positiveapproaches.us or mail it. We’ll confirm receipt in 3–5 days and respond within 10 days post-investigation. Confidentiality and non-retaliation are assured.

Certificates will be awarded to participants who sign in/out and complete the course evaluation. Certificates are emailed within 10 days of course completion. They include: attendee name and license/ID number, course title, provider info, approval agency (e.g., BACB, CAMFT), date, format, CE hours, and instructor signature. CE credit equals instructional hours only (1 CE = 60 min). Lunch/breaks excluded. Courses must be at least 1 hour in one block.
