Program Director - Program Directors oversee and manage the overall implementation of behavior intervention programs, supervises a team of behavior technicians, and ensures the quality and effectiveness of services provided to individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges.
Individuals with master's level education and experience working in education, behavior analysis, or psychology are valued members of our team.
Registered Behavior Technician - Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) work directly with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges, implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and assisting in teaching new skills under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
We are looking for experienced registered behavior technicians working across clinic, school, home, and other community settings.
Entry Level Behavior Technician - Behavior Technicians assist in implementing behavior intervention plans, collect data on client behavior, and provide support and instruction to individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges under the supervision of a behavior analyst.
