Person Centered Counseling

Meet Our counseling team

Kylie Duty LMFT #131608

My name is Kylie and I have been working in the mental health field since 2015. My specialty is working with individuals with Autism, ADHD, co-morbid diagnoses, and those who have experienced trauma. I have experience working with people of all ages and families. I provide both individual, couples, and group therapy services, as well as diagnostic services specifically for individuals who are experiencing mental health symptoms as well as a developmental disability. I am passionate about people getting the help they need at their own pace. My therapeutic style is centered around empathy, respect, and supportive understanding. I hope to help clients manage any pain, stress, or struggles they may face on a daily basis. I believe that the relationships we foster both with ourselves and the people around us can greatly impact our happiness and satisfaction.

Isabeth Sevilla AMFT #150772

I am proud to serve clients who commit to pursuing their most significant goals in life. Using therapy as a medium, I provide responsible feedback and resources that can help guide clients in the direction of their values.

Utilizing a therapeutic approach that prioritizes feelings of safety and belonging, I offer clients an environment where you can be you without judgment. My early experience is serving clients with multiple diagnoses including trauma. I also work with families and individuals who are navigating the world of Autism. I am motivated to be present, providing holistic methods of treatment, aligned with the needs of my clients.

I have experience providing therapy in both English and Spanish. I have held therapeutic groups for emotional regulation, trauma, and depression. Please inquire below for more information about future groups that are being held for preteens, teens, and young adults.

Therapy is a process I like to meet with respect, patience and professionalism. If you are hoping to explore your needs or understand more about yourself, I am happy to help! I offer a free 15 minute consultation to answer any personal questions you may have to begin services.

Our Approach

We use an integrative behavioral and humanistic approach, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. We love to integrate people's interests whenever possible. Therapy should be a highly personalized experience! Our goal is to help you know what makes you feel better and design the life that you want.

Children's Group

Is your child struggling with feeling worried, nervous, or insecure? Is this getting in the way of them participating with friends, in school, or other important events? All of these challenges will be addressed in this group for children with anxiety. Your child will greatly benefit from participation in this group by finding camaraderie, acceptance, and validation of their experiences. Additionally, your child will learn valuable skills and have a great understanding of how their nervous system works so that they can learn to manage these feelings on their own. An official diagnosis is not necessary to join this group. We are just looking for children who are tired of feeling afraid and want to feel better.

Benefits of participating in a group:

  • Have a greater understanding of themselves to improve confidence.
  • Find support from peers who understand what they are going through.
  • Leave with actionable steps and tools they can take and use to manage stress even after the group has ended.
